Apples thermonuclear war against Android is an expensive dud

This morning Reuters reported that Apple had lost an appeal to ban Android tablets in the Netherlands.

Its another failure for an expensive legal strategy that has done nothing to stem the growth of Androids marketshare in the smartphone and tablet space.
