Apple Google Must Face EmployeePoaching Ban Antitrust Lawsuit

Google Inc. and Apple Inc. were among seven technology companies that must face a lawsuit claiming they violated antitrust laws by entering into agreements not to recruit each others employees, a federal judge said.
