Internet in a Suitcase US to aid Arab Uprisings

A "shadow" Internet is emerging, as countries like Libya, Nepal, Burma, China and Egypt shut down the Internet in an attempt to debilitate insurgents and keep the exchange of ideas at a minimum.

Now, there may be a solution to get those oppressed voices heard: "Internet in a Suitcase."
