Obama administration wants to make sure illegal streaming of music movies over Internet is a felony

The US government has suggested a list of intellectual property law changes to Congress.

Among them: clarifying that illegal streams are felonies, allowing wiretaps in copyright cases, and having radio pay for the music it plays.
